Shipping in Cores for Exchange

• Ship your core (wore out) to us by UPS.
• Be sure your return address is on the shipping carton and enclose your name, phone and instructions.
• When product is received and identified, we will ship the exchange ASAP.
• COD customers must ship in their cores first.
• OPEN account customers can order tool exchanges shipped out with core due.
• OPEN account customers must ship in cores immediately upon receipt of exchanges or be billed a core charge.
• Exchange tools cannot be ordered online.
